What an unusual day we have had today. Unusual because, for some of the many places we visited today south of Batemans Bay, we did not see them. A persistent and at times very dense sea mist covered the headlands and beaches. We did our best to photograph what we could but, as some of today's photographs attest, the mist was consistently there. Funnily enough, the mist dissipated a few hundred metres in from the beach.
We became somewhat resigned to our misty day and waddled into and out of beaches and headlands, ever full of expectation.
The places we visited were Casey's Beach, Garden Bay, Mosquito Bay, Malua Bay, North Rosedale Bay, South Rosedale Beach, Brulee Beach, Tomkin Cove, Melville Point, Mossy Point, the mouth of the Tomaga River and Moruya Heads. Apologies if we have missed any.
