Day 180 - In Ceduna

Administrative day today so very little to report.  We managed to restock the refrigerator after destocking on the way in, to minimise the losses at the quarantine station on the outskirts of Ceduna.

Ceduna is a small town on the beach of Murat Bay.  It is well maintained and looks like it would stand a good chance of winning a Tidy Towns award.  For the first time in a while we have seen a number of aboriginal folk.  They were relaxing in the shade under the trees on the foreshore.

The water in the bay is placid at the moment and we don't know where the wind has gone.  The temperature reached 34 degrees today.

We could not resist the temptation and bought some oysters.  They are on the menu for tonight, if they last that long.  King George Whiting passed by our eyes and that's all they did.  At $45/kilo it is expensive.  Still our taste buds will probably get the better of us in due course.
