11 June 2017 - At Atherton

Today was an administrative day and we only went as far afield as was necessary to shop.  Atherton has a fantastic Super IGA supermarket.  Should you need groceries or fruit and vegetables when next you are in Atherton, we can thoroughly recommend the shop.

It is an utterly miserable day today in Atherton.  Our washing would not dry so our caravn inside looks like a laundry.  It seemed to get gloomier and gloomier as the day wore on. Even the birds have stopped chirping.

The only other bright spot on our stay in Atherton so far has been our camp site.  It is on the side of a small knoll with greenery all around. Can't wait for the sun to come out to see it at its best.

This is the extent of the blog for today but, as we all know, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
