Day 217 - West of Victor Harbour

It was a lovely day today, about 22 degrees and a coolish but pleasant southerly breeze. After doing some work around the camp we retraced our steps westward for about 20km to see a couple of the local surfing beaches.

It was a clearer day today so we took another shot of Victor Harbour from the hill just outside of town.

We then made our way to Waitinga and Beaches.  There were a few people surfing in what looked like a bit of a messy surf.  The water was clean and clear, perfect for white pointers but that did not seem to worry the surfers.  The sun was shining, which made the beaches look even more inviting.

That done, we came home for afternoon tea and to clear the decks for a relaxed viewing of the Rugby League match this afternoon and the T20 cricket this evening.
