Day 65 - Cooinda to Katherine

Well we have completed our visit to Kakadu.  At times we thought of it as Kakadon't but, by the time we had seen it all, we are able to say with conviction, "We are very glad we came".

Today was a straightforward drive of 257km from Cooinda to Katherine.  We passed through rather ordinary country but continued the "big is beautiful" theme.  We moved away from the escarpment and seemed to come across only one range.  The traffic increased as we came on to the Stuart Highway again.

It is a beautiful day today, a cool morning and warm day with wafting breezes from time to time.

We have tried to include a video of the rocks we hopped over to get to Jim Jim Falls - very brief.  Hope it works.
